Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes are maintained by year (see index at right of page).
Minutes for a given meeting are posted after approval by the Board, which usually occurs at the following month's regular meeting. In the event that the minutes are not approved, they will again be considered for approval at the next regular meeting. In some cases, the minutes are approved with changes; once those edits have been made and the document signed by the Secretary of the Board of Directors, they will be posted here as soon as possible thereafter.
