NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT
March 20, 2012 – 6:30 p.m.
TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a special meeting at the 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, TX 78746, on Tuesday March 20, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:
Board Convenes - Roll Call - Pledge of Allegiance
Discussion and action regarding amendment or termination of District’s August 15, 1978 Bylaws (Corbett)
Discussion and Action concerning election of officers to the Board (Veregge)
Discussion and Action regarding Board committees, including appointment of members to committees
Discussion and Action concerning transition planning for Lost Creek in connection with annexation by the City of Austin (Clark)
Discussion and Action concerning Results of 2011 Lost Creek Resident Survey (Clark)
Discussion of Fiscal Year 2012-2013 budget to include revenue and expense projections, rates, taxes and fees, potential capital improvement projects and other matters related thereto (Clark)
*The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters.
No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
