TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Creekside Dining Room of the Lost Creek Creek Country Club located at 2612 Lost Creek Boulevard Austin, TX 78746 Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:
- Board Convenes - Roll Call - Pledge of Allegiance
- Amendments to Personnel Policy Manual (Judy Osborn)
- Amendments to District ICMA Retirement Plan (Clark)
- Employment of General Manager (Naeve)
Approve an agreement with Crossroads Utility Services for certain utility contract services
Budget Workshop to discuss priorities and goals for the FY 2012 Budget Year
*The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters.
No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session
