AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETING LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a special meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:
Board Convenes and Roll Call
May 8, 2010 Election Matters:
a. Adopt Order canvassing the results of the May 8, 2010 Directors election.
b. Issue Certificates of Election
c. Approve Request of Recount of Election Returns in connection with tie vote.
d. Take other action relating to May 8, 2010 election and newly elected directors.
June 12, 2010 Second Election relating to tie vote
a. Adopt Order Calling Second Election
b. Approve Voting Rights Act preclearance approval submission.
c. Approve Agreement to Jointly Conduct Runoff Elections
d. Take other action necessary to proceed with June 12, 2010 second election.
Consider postponing the election of Board Officers
The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
