NOTICE OF MEETING LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:
Board Convenes and Roll Call
Approve proposed deed restriction enforcement procedure changes and adopt proposed rules of interpretation of deed restrictions.
Deed Restriction Enforcement Officer Report regarding status of deed restriction compliance and monitoring activities
Attorney’s Report regarding pending deed restriction enforcement litigation for:

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
