      LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

November 18, 2008, 6:30 p.m.

TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:

    (a) Deed Restriction Enforcement Officer Report regarding status of deed restriction compliance and monitoring activities:

    (b) Attorney’s Report regarding pending deed restriction enforcement litigation for:

    (c) General Manager Report regarding 1) greenbelt clean-up

    2) inspection of Section #1 sewer service lines

  4. Approval of Meeting Minutes of the October 23 Regular Board Meeting

  5. Review and Discussion on October 2008 Monthly Budget Report

  6. Review and Discussion October 2008 Disbursement Report

  7. Review and Approval of October 2008 Investment Report

  8. Review and Approval of October 2008 Payment Approval List

  9. Discussion and Possible Action On:

    a) Employee Compensation Matters:

    1) Consider adoption of new employee wage/salary structure based upon maximum base wages for each position and bonuses for exceptional performance

    2) Consider engaging a consultant to perform a wage/salary/benefit survey and recommend changes to current employee total compensation package

    3) Consider approving Christmas bonuses for employees

    b) Consider purchase and installation of a video camera or other recording device to the District Conference Room

    c) Consider upgrading the Longevity and Energy Efficiency of the Replacement Roof of the District's Office Building "from Hail Damage "

  10. Status Reports

    1) Progress of outsourcing District accounting functions

    2) Progress of outsourcing tax assessor/collector functions

  11. Matters to be discussed at next meeting.

  12. Set date and time for the December Board meeting.

  13. Adjourn

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
