TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:

    (a) Engage Municipal Accounts & Consulting, L.P. to perform financial management services for the District

    (b) Selection of litigation attorney to handle deed restriction enforcement actions for the District

    (c) Adopt Resolution Approving Budget for Fiscal Year 2008-2009

    (d) Adopt Order approving the levy and collection of the maintenance and operations tax rate for Tax Year 2008

    (e) Adopt Order amending water and wastewater rates for Fiscal Year 2008-2009

    (f) Engage Intelligent Compensation, LLC to evaluate employee benefits

    (g) Approve employee wages and salaries for Fiscal Year 2008-2009

    (h) Revise designation of employees with expenditure, disbursement, and investment authority.

  12. Set date and time for the November Board meeting.

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
