      LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:

  11. Discussion and Possible Action On:

    (a) Write off Uncollectible Personal Property Taxes for Tax Year 1998

    (b) Changes to employee group health insurance

    (c) Approve Contract with Travis County for Tax Assessor-Collector Services

    (d) Approve contract for Deed Restriction Enforcement Services

    (e) Increase in mileage reimbursement/vehicle allowance for general manager

    (f) Budget and proposed tax rates for FY08-09

    (g) Discussion and action regarding the employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public officers and employees.

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
