    LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Monday, June 30, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:

  9. Discussion and Possible Action On:

    (a) Selection of an auditor for Fiscal Year 2007-2008

    (b) Approval to void old uncleared checks. (Alexander)

    (c) Request from LCNA Welcome Committee for customer information. (Alexander)

    (d) AVR online credit card bill payment program (Naeve)

    (e) Waiver and/or amendment of Conservation Plan (Cherye)

    (f) Transfer of Wastewater Treatment Permit to City of Austin (Corbett)

    (g) Discussion and action regarding the employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public officers and employees.

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
