       LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT

TO: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOST CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lost Creek Municipal Utility District of Travis County, Texas, will hold a regular meeting in the Community Meeting Room of the Lost Creek MUD Office located at 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin, Texas, on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. to consider and act on the following matters:

  3. Approval of Board Meeting Minutes:

    (a) September 26, 2007

  4. September 2007 Monthly Budget Review

  5. September 2007 Disbursement Report

  6. September 2007 Investment Report

  8. Reports by:

    (a) Deed Restriction Enforcement Officer

    (b) Attorney

    (c) General Manager

  9. Discussion and Possible Action On:

    (a) Resolution to approve 2007 Tax Roll

    (b) Approve action relating to the proposed annexation of the District by the City of Austin

  10. Matters to be discussed at next meeting.

  11. Set date and time for the November Board meeting.

  12. Adjourn

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act, on any of the above matters. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter in Executive Session.
